Akshay Krishna

CEO and Designated Partner of JM Corporate Services LLP, is a commerce graduate, Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

He has distinguished exposure and experience in accounting matters, corporate restructuring, Due Diligence, preparation of business plans, Customs procedures, valuations. He has wide knowledge and experience in NBFC matters and heads the department in our firm. He has an experience of handling close to 50 companies till date. He is also an expert in FEMA regulations and have handled various Mergers and Acquisition.

He is a passionate reader and prolific writer on varied corporate matters. He plays a pivotal role in the subject matters related to NBFC's and is well versed with the Schemes and Government Policies. He has an unprecedented experience in matters related to the arrangement of various Industrial Subsidies & incentives from the State and the Central Government.

His constant effort remains at adding value and delivering more than expected output to the clients. He strongly believes in supporting clients with legitimate suggestions and delivering top-notch services. He is a visiting faculty at The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Sugumar P

A strategic HR and Administration leader with extensive experience in compliance management, payroll governance, and large-scale organizational operations.

An MCA graduate, IBM Certified Engineer, and Six Sigma certified professional , he brings a strong technology-driven and process-optimization mindset to organizational leadership.

With deep expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and automation, he effectively aligns people, processes, and technology to drive operational excellence.

He has successfully overseen HR and statutory functions for multiple organizations across diverse regions, ensuring legal compliance, operational discipline, and sustainable business growth.

Divya O

A seasoned finance and audit professional with over seven years of experience in audit, compliance, financial management, and process advisory. At JM Corporate Services LLP, she plays a key role in strengthening financial governance frameworks, enhancing internal controls, and building efficient, compliant finance functions for organizations across sectors.

Her expertise spans internal and statutory audits, GST compliance, financial reporting, SOP and process framework development, loan and CMA report preparation, business valuation, and financial due diligence. She also collaborates closely with technology teams to streamline and automate finance and accounting processes, enabling businesses to scale with robust systems and structured controls.

Divya is known for her practical, solution-driven approach and her ability to align finance operations with broader strategic objectives, helping organizations remain compliant, operationally efficient, and future-ready.

Nithesh S

An aspiring Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in audit, accounting, compliance, and financial advisory. At JM Corporate Services LLP, he plays a key role in delivering bookkeeping, payroll processing, statutory compliance, due diligence, and Virtual CFO support services to clients across various sectors.

He brings extensive experience from his audit training, where he was involved in statutory and internal audits of listed companies, banks, and government undertakings, along with handling tax filings, GST compliance, and preparation of financial statements. Praveen Kumar

A qualified Cost and Management Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Secretaryship, bringing strong expertise in cost management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. He plays an important role in supporting the company’s finance functions, contributing to structured and compliant financial operations.

He has a solid foundation in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting, enabling effective financial planning and performance monitoring. His understanding of compliance frameworks and financial processes supports seamless coordination of finance operations across multiple locations.

Karthikeyan D

A Semi qualified CMA with strong experience in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial operations. He has worked extensively on internal and statutory audits, including assignments for large public companies with turnovers exceeding ?4,000 crores.

He brings hands-on exposure in GST and income tax compliance, tax audits, return filings, and regulatory documentation for companies and individuals across multiple sectors. His experience also includes handling annual GST returns (GSTR-9 & 9C), refund processes, and coordinating directly with client management teams.

With a solid academic background in finance, supported by an MBA and practical exposure to tools such as Tally and Zoho Books, Karthikeyan contributes to delivering accurate, compliant, and process-driven financial solutions aligned with JM Corporate Services LLP’s professional standards.
