CMA Akshay Krishna K M

Akshay Krishna KM, who is CEO cum Designated Partner of JM Corporate Services LLP, is a commerce graduate, Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

He has distinguished exposure and experience in accounting matters, corporate restructuring, Due Diligence, preparation of business plans, Customs procedures, valuations.

He has wide knowledge and experience in NBFC matters and heads the department in our firm. He has an experience of handling close to 50 companies till date. He is also an expert in FEMA regulations and have handled various Mergers and Acquisition.

He is a passionate reader and prolific writer on varied corporate matters. He plays a pivotal role in the subject matters related to NBFC's and is well versed with the Schemes and Government Policies. He has an unprecedented experience in matters related to the arrangement of various Industrial Subsidies & incentives from the State and the Central Government.

His constant effort remains at adding value and delivering more than expected output to the clients. He strongly believes in supporting clients with legitimate suggestions and delivering top-notch services. He is a visiting faculty at The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

CMA Prathiba DhassMs. Prathiba Dhass, is an associate member of the Institute of Cost accountants of India. She has over five years of experience in the areas of Indirect Taxation and Cost Accounting.

Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with BDO India LLP and handled various Clients across different industry - Manufacturing, Service Sector, Infrastructure Engineering Services, Aviation and power Sector.
She has represented several domestic clients in proceeding before assessing officer, Dispute Resolution Panel and First appellate authority relating to Refund process in GST & GST appeal.
Beyond the routine tax work, she has assisted Clients in other tax matters like-GST Annual Filing GST Audit, Rental Audit, Cost Audit, Rectifications etc., she has hands on experience on taxation issues of Charitable Trust as well.
She is able to work out realistic solutions to complex problems that are faced by Clients and proven track record of excellence.

Krishnan Chandrasekaran ACS, ACMA, M.B.A. Mr. Krishnan Chandrasekaran is the Head of the Secretarial Department of
JM Corporate Services LLP. He is a Master of Business Administration graduate from College of Engineering Guindy (Anna University Main Campus). He is an Associate Member in the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has started Vikatan Group of Companies as Manager of Costing & secretarial then he explored various fields with his potential knowledge & experience.

Costing:

Preparation of Product wise Budget
Preparation of Product Cost sheets & Price fixation;
Implementing Variance analysis;
Conducting of Stock Audit & Valuation;
Costing system designing & implementation;

Secretarial:

Taking care of all Secretarial matters;
Drafting of Minutes, Extracts, Agreements & MOUs;
Filing of various forms with RoC;
Maintaining rapport with Accounts personnel w.r.t RoC filing requirements;

M Vanjiappan Engineering and Business Management Professional, have about 23 years of experience in Versatile Business, Trade Finance and Legal platforms, have extensive knowledge in DRT and NCLT case handling, Resolution & Restructuring of Stressed Assets, Corporate Finance & Financial Planning, Credit Monitoring, Credit Analysis, Infrastructure Projects, Strategic Partnership, Strategic Revival of Sick Business, Stressed Asset Funding & Recovery, Venture Funding, SEZ, Financial Modelling, & Manufacturing.

CMA Ramya Mohan CMA Ramya Mohan is an Audit Manager of JM Corporate Services LLP. She is a vertical head of Non-Banking Finance Companies. She has bachelors in Commerce from Ethiraj College for women & Associate member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

She has wide exposure in various fields as Corporate Accounting, Tax Analyst, Finance & operations, Transfer Pricing, legal department in a leading public sector bank.

She started her career with ERNST AND YOUNG LLP and later expanded her career in FORD MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED. She has worked as senior Associate in MAERSK GLOBAL SERVICE CENTRE.

Apart from career, she has been exploring in various business meets by participating in various business quizzes. She is a well-organized person & quite good at handling the deadlines. Her constant support & morality lifts her personality as a whole.

CMA Mohan Kumar CMA Mohan Kumar, who is a Business Consultant of J M corporate Services LLP. He is a Commerce Graduate and a member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has represented SIRC in various cultural activities.

He has wide exposure in the field of Consultancy, due diligence, Mergers & Amalgamations, GST Internal Audit & has been handling major audits. He is good in analytics & logical approach to various opinions & suggestions.

He has acquired practical experience & knowledge by exploring various concerns. To mention he also worked for Ford Motors in various projects.

He has expertise in handling the critical matters in connection with Projects, business dealings between the clients. His tireless efforts are marked & ensure the diligent opinions at all times.
